Spolupráce s Work With Perpetrators Network
SPONDEA je už od roku 2023 členskou organizací Work With Perpetrators - European Network. O to větší máme radost, že můžeme v tom letošním roce prohloubit spolupráci a díky podpoře WWP.
Díky grantové podpoře WWP EN budeme v programu pro osoby, které se dopouštějí násilí v blízkých vztazích, pracovat na zvýšení bezpečnosti ohrožených dětí a partnerů*ek.
- Cílem je navrhnout metody, jak efektivně zjistit a řešit míru rizika ohrožení dětí a partnerů*ek
- Na konci spolupráce budeme mít strategii pro zahájení kontaktu partnerů*ek
- Strategii pro lepší vyhodnocení a řízení rizik
- Strategii, jak nastavit lépe ochranu ohrožených dětí

Last year, SPONDEA stabilised the team working with perpetrators and, thanks to the increase in capacity, could begin to methodically improve the work system itself. In 2023, we joined WWP and also started cooperation with another Czech organisation (Liga otevřených mužů) to anchor the system of work with perpetrators in the Czech Republic. It was only thanks to a new capacity stabilisation that we were able to start preparing our work to meet European Standards for Perpetrator Programmes in the organisation.
Based on the WWP self-assessment questionnaire, we decided to focus on strengthening the standards in the areas of Safety and Well-Being of Survivors including Child Protection and Assessing and Managing Risks. Our aim is to develop a strategy on how to start to increase the protection of vulnerable children and partners in our work and how to capture and assess the level of risk well.
